Do you offer trial accounts?
No, we don’t. Participation is free. We aim to give as much information beforehand to help you decide.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. When you are logged in, go to “Account” section and you’ll see the options.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. There are no long term contracts. Participation is free. For Professional and Enterprise membership you simply pay yearly. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your plan stops at the start of the next year and you won’t be billed again.
I need a Pro-Forma Invoice from you to get a Purchase Order set up — can you provide this?
Sure. Just get in touch and we can send this to you right away by email. Quickest way is to fill out our membership application form.

Choose your preferred membership level and upgrade today. You can pay your contribution either online or by invoice. After application you will receive a confirmation/invoice. Pending payment of your contribution you will have limited access to the E-Business Monitor community platform.
